The Department Analyst functions as a primary resource for operating units regarding the collection of data, analysis and evaluation of operational resources, services, programs, systems, budgets, and procedures.Â

A caregiver in this position works 8:00am—5:00pm. Â
A caregiver who excels in this role will:Â Â

Analyze and evaluate operational and financial functions of administrative and operational units.Â

Conduct comprehensive statistical analysis and evaluation of unit services and performance.Â

Identify program or service strengths, weaknesses, and financial impact.Â

Identify opportunities for service and program improvement.Â

Participate in or leads project teams to complete high level analysis or special reports.Â
-
Assist with the development of operational plans, procedures, and systems.Â
-
Review and evaluate current procedures and systems and develop recommendations for improvement or change.Â

Maintain awareness of and complies with various regulatory guidelines (JCAHO, FDA, HIPAA, OSHA, etc.).Â

Conduct briefings or presentations to keep others advised.Â
Â
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:Â Â

Bachelor's degree in health care administration, Business Administration, or related field.Â

Four years statistical analysis experience.Â
-
OR Master's degree may substitute two years of experience.Â

Healthcare experience is preferred.

Pay Range
Minimum hourly: $25.13
Maximum hourly: $38.33
