Consider Remote & Hybrid Work Opportunities at Cleveland Clinic

Where do healthier futures begin?

At Cleveland Clinic, where we’re committed to being the best place to work in healthcare, we know that the potential for improving healthcare, and peoples’ lives, thrives wherever our caregivers are.

While most caregivers report to a clinic or hospital for work, over 10% of Cleveland Clinic caregivers work fully or partially remotely. That’s why we’ve adapted the way we work, establishing three flexible work models:

  • Remote caregivers work from home full time, occasionally accessing Cleveland Clinic facilities as needed.
  • Hybrid caregivers work 2-3 days per week in the office and the other days from home.
  • Onsite caregivers are those working 4+ days per week in the office.

Remote Work at Cleveland Clinic

Cleveland Clinic is proud to offer some of the best healthcare jobs available in our local communities and beyond. What does remote or hybrid work look like at Cleveland Clinic?

  • Remote/hybrid caregivers receive the IT equipment they need to work at home. In many cases, this includes a laptop or desktop, additional monitors, a keyboard and a mouse.
  • Caregivers are encouraged to set up home work spaces that allow them to focus on work and promote physical and mental well-being. Cleveland Clinic provides discount codes for certain home office equipment to help caregivers set up an ergonomic home workspace.
  • Remote work is not the same thing as “work-from-anywhere.” Remote caregivers are hired to serve in specific geographic locations. At this time, remote caregivers can only work within the state in which you were originally hired.
  • Remote and hybrid caregivers have access to Cleveland Clinic spaces. Our innovative workspace “hoteling” system allows caregivers to book individual work or meeting spaces to collaborate with your teams. Remote caregivers may go onsite to Cleveland Clinic locations to complete pre-employment and onboarding tasks, repair or replace equipment, or attend trainings, meetings, special projects, or celebration events.
