- Shadow: There’s nothing like experiencing a day-in-the-life of the position you’re interested in first-hand. You’ll have the chance to follow and closely observe another caregiver in your desired role at any Florida or Ohio facility to help you make an informed decision about your career of interest.
- Interview: Ready to interview? Or almost ready to interview but you’d like to discuss a few opportunities to decide which one is the best fit for you? We’ll have a recruiter get in touch with you to discuss some possibilities, schedule a call with a hiring manager (if that’s what you’d like to do), and help get you on your way to potentially becoming a caregiver with the best place to work in healthcare.
- Celebrate: Are you graduating or earning a certification? We know how hard you’ve worked to reach this milestone. This is exactly the type of dedication our caregivers exhibit every day. We’d like to celebrate your accomplishments at one of our receptions, which include healthy treats, networking, and remarks from our nursing leaders as we come together in honor of you. If you’re a student, Cleveland Clinic wants you to discover more about the numerous careers in healthcare. The Center for Youth and College Education (CYCE) offers meaningful, real-world experiences to you in the hope that we can inspire and prepare you to join the healthcare workforce in the future.
We offer several programs that provide a closer look into this rewarding field as well as a few of the career opportunities that offer financial flexibility, strong job outlook, and the opportunity to impact the lives of others – regardless of your education level.

- Student Pathways Program that teaches resume writing, interview skills, and personal branding
Connected Career Rounds (CCR) sessions that include a caregiver team and provide valuable information about the depicted careers such as average income, education requirements, expected 10-year job growth, local education/certification programs, and Q&As.
