Martin North Hospital’s 5NE Telemetry Unit is a fast-paced unit with dedicated caregivers, many of which have been here for more than five years. As an Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM), you will provide clinical supervision and coordinate unit clinical operations with other departmental disciplines under the direction of the Nurse Manager.
The hours of this full-time position are 7PM-7:30AM three days a week after your first 1-2 weeks of full time training/orientation. Rotation Weekends, holiday and hurricane coverage required as well.
Required qualifications for the ideal candidate include:
- BSN from an accredited school of professional nursing
- Current FL RN License or ability to apply for FL endorsement
- Proof of Basic Life Support for healthcare provider via the American Heart Association must be present by time of hire
- 2-3 yrs of current full time bedside hospital nursing experience
- Current Charge or lead Rn experience
