A caregiver in this position works 8:00am—5:00pm.Â
A caregiver who excels in this role will:Â Â

Collaborate with content experts to design and revise the configuration, layout, and entry screens for the various modules within the information system.Â

Organize and facilitate module Data Field mapping.Â
-
Make additions and deletions when required.Â
-
Ensure accurate data conversion for upgrades, program enhancements or new systems.Â
-
Define database security measures and hierarchies.Â
-
Monitor and grant access to module components.Â
-
Ensure the backup system is functional and periodically tested.Â
-
Audit data sets and reports to ensure completeness, consistency, and accuracy. Â
-
Serve as a key CCHS liaison with information system software vendors.Â
-
Supervise vendor activities and monitors system software vendors adherence to established milestones and program commitments.Â
-
Coordinate links between information systems and other information systems and databases.Â
-
Coordinate and assists in the development and implementation of user training and educational programs.Â
-
Develop standard and custom reports to facilitate data analysis and trending.Â
-
Develop presentations and graphics regarding the information system functionality.Â
Â
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:Â Â

Bachelor's degree.Â
-
Four years of database experience.Â
-
Web and desktop database administration and analysis.Â
-
Knowledge of operating databases and information systems.Â
-
Have aptitude and patience for detail, accuracy, and data completeness.Â
-
Can effectively communicate technical information.Â
-
Possess strong interpersonal skills and be service oriented.Â

Physical Requirements:

Pay Range
Minimum hourly: $27.65
Maximum hourly: $42.17
The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires.
