This role is for intradepartmental posting only. Cleveland Clinic is seeking two dynamic and results-driven Program Managers to represent our organization and support local community hiring initiatives within the Florida Region & Southern Ohio Market. In this role, you will be instrumental in building strong relationships with local community groups, recruiters, Talent Acquisition Partners and Cleveland Clinic business lines, while promoting Cleveland Clinic as the employer of choice. Your efforts will directly contribute Caring for the Community and decreasing vacancy rates across our hospitals in the regions. This role will be a hybrid position, with a mix of working from home, in the community and on-site. As a Program Manager for Community Hiring in the Florida Region or Southern OH Market at Cleveland Clinic, you will play a crucial role in cultivating and maintaining relationships with local community organizations, colleges, and universities to enhance our presence and reputation as an employer of choice. You will partner with Talent Acquisition Partners and various Cleveland Clinic business lines to understand hiring needs and implement effective recruitment strategies. Actively participating in community and college/university events, you will attract potential candidates while promoting Cleveland Clinic’s values and opportunities. Serving as a brand ambassador, you will effectively communicate our mission, values, and commitment to quality healthcare. Your responsibilities will also include delivering talent and leads to our highest vacancy areas, employing strategic recruitment tactics in high-volume settings. This role will require willingness to travel across various Cleveland Clinic Florida or Southern Ohio Region hospitals and communities will be essential to support hiring initiatives and build local partnerships. The role focuses on job readiness and skill development coaching, helping to create talent pools prepared for careers at Cleveland Clinic. The responsibilities also involve providing coaching both virtually and in-person. This position also collaborates closely with Learning and Leadership, Center for Youth and College Education and Health Equity teams to ensure comprehensive support and resources for candidates. To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience in recruitment, particularly in high-volume settings, alongside strong coaching, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:

  • Develops, implements, manages and maintains operational systems and activities.
  • Serves as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community.
  • Manages multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.
  • Allocates time to meet completion requirements. Serves as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
  • Reviews and monitors adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field.
  • Associate’s degree and five years of experience may substitute the Bachelors degree requirement.
  • Master’s degree and two year of experience may substitute for one year of experience.
     

Certifications:

  • May be required for specific positions as per policy or regulation.

Complexity of Work:

  • Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to take appropriate action in a stressful environment.
  • Demonstrated team, leadership, organizational and problem solving abilities.

Work Experience:

  • Three years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems training.
  • Data analysis experience in a healthcare setting preferred..

Physical Requirements: 

  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
  • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
  • Ability to travel throughout the hospital system

Personal Protective Equipment:

  • Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures. 

Pay Range

Minimum hourly: $27.65

Maximum hourly: $42.17
