Cleveland Clinic is seeking an organized and motivated individual to serve as a Clinical Systems Analyst for our Pharmacy Informatics department, supporting overall patient care by ensuring patients receive medications efficiently.
The Clinical Systems Analyst participates in the implementation of clinical information systems. Additionally, this caregiver participates in project teams and with clinical departments to complete the implementation of clinical systems and assists with training programs related to automated systems. The Pharmacy Informatics team supports creating medication access records across the enterprise.

A caregiver in this role works remotely, 8 a.m. — 4:30 p.m. This position requires one on-call week per quarter.
Caregivers must reside in Ohio or Florida.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:

Interact with end-users to define problems.

Coordinate and conduct education and end-user training programs to ensure systems are utilized as designed.

Assist with end-user documentation development or a permanent reference for clear, concise information.

Provide implementation assistance for system projects through all phases of the system development lifecycle with direction from Lead Analyst.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

Bachelor's degree in related field and one year of applicable hospital or major medical center clinical experience or one year of recent experience supporting a major clinical information system OR associate degree and one year of relevant experience and two years of healthcare IT experience OR high school diploma/GED and one year of relevant experience and four years of healthcare IT experience

ITIL Foundations certification within six months of position start date

Familiarity with the processes and procedures related to healthcare regulatory agencies

In-depth knowledge of clinical theory and practice

Pay Range
Minimum hourly: $25.13
Maximum hourly: $38.33
