As an Administrative Program Coordinator, your work directly assists in the coordination and development of innovative policies and improvement initiatives. Serving as a liaison between 18 Institutes and an active supervisor o the Call Center, you will identify opportunities to facilitate an efficient workplace, train team members, answer high volumes of calls and more. This position offers the chance to grow your career within an innovative setting, all while making a difference in healthcare every day.  

A caregiver in this position works a hybrid schedule from Sunday to Monday from 10:30AM – 7:00PM.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:  

  • Lead or coordinate multiple projects and policy initiatives. 
  • Update, monitor and manage databases. 
  • Develop scorecards/milestones to track progress and analyze project improvement and progress. 
  • Report discrepancies and variances. 
  • Coordinate project prioritization and assist with policy and initiative implementation. 
  • Assist with scheduling, coordination, preparation and communication of meetings. 
  • Attend meetings and records key outcomes. 
  • Support all office administrative functions. 
  • Develop and maintain updates. 

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

  • Associate’s Degree and two years of administrative experience OR High School Diploma/GED and four years of experience OR Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field 
  • Experience as a Appointment Center Patient Service Specialist IV

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field 
  • Specific licensure based on department 
  • Healthcare or related organization experience

    Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
    • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
    • Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
    • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
    • In some locations, ability to lift up to 25 pounds

    Personal Protective Equipment:

    • Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures. 

    Pay Range

    Minimum hourly: $18.88

    Maximum hourly: $28.80
