The Client Recruiter manages the lifecycle of the recruitment process, implementing and evaluating innovative strategies for the recruitment of candidates. Additionally, this caregiver oversees the selection process and initiates the hiring process and is responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships.
The ideal candidate is a driven problem solver with proven success in solving difficult issues, possesses excellent time management and follow-up skills, has superior organizational and analytical skills with keen attention to detail and quality and a demonstrated ability to generate and support pragmatic solutions to meet Cleveland Clinic standards.
A caregiver in this role works 8 a.m. — 4:30 p.m., on-site at Cleveland Clinic Administrative Campus in Beachwood, Ohio.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:

Actively participate in Cleveland Clinic and Talent Acquisition objectives and provide assistance in reaching department metrics and goals.

Participate in the development, monitoring and implementation of recruitment plans for areas of assigned responsibility. This includes research, evaluation and selection of appropriate recruitment methods to ensure the recruitment of highly skilled and qualified caregivers.

Manage the candidate pipeline and conduct interviews, screens and tests and evaluate candidates.

Ensure compliance for all steps of the recruitment process, including position approval, posting, sourcing, interviewing, testing, education/employment verification, criminal background checks, executing pre-onboarding process, applicant tracking database management.

Be responsible for accurate and timely candidate and new caregiver communications.

Create, track and monitor metrics.

Show demonstrated proficiency in all systems and technology required for the role.

Assist in the development of policies and procedures to standardize, rationalize and simplify Cleveland Clinic recruiting processes.

Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team throughout recruitment process.

Maintain consistency with the company's business strategy, operational strategy and market trends.

Provide guidance and technical advice and work with other team members. Serve as a representative of the department at divisional, hospital and enterprise-wide committees.

Partner with Human Resources for compliance and regulatory audits, reviews and inspections.

Track and report timely on new caregiver status as it relates to HR appointment readiness and attendance, missing documents and clearance.

Participate in recruitment efforts at conventions, speaking engagements, job fairs, educational facilities and other community related activities.

Lead or assist on department projects.

Be responsible for onboarding, training and coaching new caregivers.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field and two years of experience in Human Resources, recruitment, or related Cleveland Clinic experience with a focus on sales orientation, customer service, idea generating/innovation, and leveraging networks

OR associate degree and an additional two years of full lifecycle recruitment and sourcing experience

OR high school diploma/GED and an additional four years of full lifecycle recruitment and sourcing experience

Strong and effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication and customer service skills
-
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office
-
Demonstrated experience handling confidential Human Resources matters

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.
- Ability to travel throughout the hospital system. For some roles, ability to travel to other locations, including international travel.
- Ability to operate a computer, audio visual and other office equipment.
- Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information, including the ability to deliver any applicable training in person and virtually.
- In some locations, ability to move up to 25 lbs.
Personal Protective Equipment:

Pay Range
Minimum hourly: $27.65
Maximum hourly: $42.17
