The Systems Analyst IV – Integrated Surgical Institute applies technical expertise to automated system products through all phases of the system development life cycle, including the design, development, implementation, modification, planning, estimating, feasibility testing and evaluation of automated systems.
This is the ideal role for an individual who is a skilled Data Analyst with healthcare experience, who can leverage data visualization tools, SQL, and possesses a strong understanding of healthcare operations to provide actionable insights. This role involves analyzing complex healthcare data, presenting findings to decision-makers and translating clinical concerns into meaningful reports.
*Candidates for this role should reside in Northeast Ohio*
The 90-day training period will occur on-site at Cleveland Clinic Main Campus, and the caregiver will occasionally be required to attend meetings on-site.
A caregiver in this role works Monday-Friday, from 8 a.m. — 5 p.m.
A caregiver who excels in this role, will:

Utilize Tableau (or similar data visualization tools) to create reports and dashboards that help stakeholders make data-driven decisions.

Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, manipulate and analyze data from various sources.

Apply healthcare industry knowledge to analyze data and address provider needs, operational inefficiencies or other issues.

Gather, summarize and present data in a clear, understandable format to clinical and administrative teams.

Translate stakeholder feedback into actionable insights for reporting purposes.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal caregiver include:
-
Bachelor’s degree in information technology/computer science, health sciences, healthcare admin or a related field
-
Six years of system implementation experience, including directing, planning and scheduling a major information system project
-
OR high school diploma/GED and nine years of experience
-
OR associate degree and seven years of experience
-
Experience with Snowflake, Oracle, PL/SQL, Microsoft T-SQL, dbt, Airflow or SSIS
-
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Strong communication and presentation skills
Preferred qualifications for the ideal caregiver include:

Knowledge of Epic and Epic Clarity data models

Experience with hospital operations and understanding of the nuances of provider needs

Ability to work with complex data models and translate them into user-friendly visualizations

Pay Range
Minimum hourly: $40.48
Maximum hourly: $61.74
