Cleveland Clinic is seeking a dynamic, goal-oriented leader to serve as Senior Project Manager for the Information Technology Division. This caregiver will be responsible for enabling and activating technology in Cleveland Clinic’s new construction spaces.
The Senior Project Manager – Information Technology manages and provides guidance to the personnel responsible for the management of a portfolio of projects. This caregiver is responsible for enabling technology at new sites, vendor management, contractor coordination, and providing on-site support during go-live events.
A caregiver in this role works remotely in Ohio, Florida or Nevada, from 8 a.m. — 5 p.m.
This position requires 25% travel throughout Northeast Ohio.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

Bachelor's degree in business or related field and seven years of experience leading projects/teams OR master’s degree and six years of experience

Demonstrated ability to teach and coach less experienced team members in project management methodologies and tools

Effective relationship building skills
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

Master's degree

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) or certificate is Project Management from an accredited college
-
5-10 years of experience managing IT infrastructure and construction projects in a healthcare setting
-
Knowledge of infrastructure, including server setup, structured cabling, data center setup, clinical systems integration and compliance with HIPAA regulations

Experience with operating room setups and expanding catheterization labs or imaging labs
-
Workflow knowledge of Epic modules

Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Projecto)
-
Strong communication skills for coordination across IT, facilities and clinical teams

Pay Range
Minimum hourly: $48.99
Maximum hourly: $74.71
