Join the Cleveland Clinic team and play a role in delivering world-class care as a Clinical Systems Analyst II. This caregiver will play a key part in the enterprise rollout of Radiant and is responsible for helping to implement, help with live sites, perform daily maintenance, and work on new and working requests and projects.
The Clinical Systems Analyst II participates in the design, development, implementation, modification and evaluation of healthcare information systems. Additionally, this caregiver recommends automated and manual solutions to enhance system functionality and participates in project teams associated with the development and implementation of clinical systems.
This is the ideal role for an individual who is an innovative thinker, has a mind for continuous improvement and shows agility in adapting to changing systems.
A caregiver in this position works remotely, from 8 a.m. — 5 p.m., with some on-call requirements.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:

Interact with end-users as required to assist in problem definition and system design.

Coordinate and perform education and end-user training programs to assure systems are utilized as designed.

Develop end-user documentation or a permanent reference for clear, concise information.

Provide implementation assistance for system projects through all phases of the system development lifecycle.

Assist with system build, data validation and system testing.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
-
Bachelor's degree and three years of applicable hospital or major medical center clinical experience or two years of recent experience supporting a major clinical information system or master’s degree and two years of experience

High school diploma/GED and more than five years of experience or associate degree and five years of relevant experience can substitute
-
ITIL Foundations certification within six months of position start date

Familiarity with process and procedures related to healthcare regulatory agencies
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

Radiant or Cupid certification
-
Two years of Epic Radiant or Cupid build experience
-
Proficiency in Radiant, Cupid, Ambulatory, Optime, Cadence or Inpatient

Clinical background in radiology department

Physical Requirements:

Pay Range
Minimum hourly: $30.41
Maximum hourly: $46.38
