The Cleveland Clinic Akron General Department of Orthopaedic Surgery announces a search for a hand surgeon to work in the Upper Extremity Center in the greater Akron area. Practice opportunities exist throughout the Northeast Ohio Region. This unique opportunity will give you the chance to tailor a position to your interest. You will be joining a high volume clinical practice with both common and complex interesting cases. Should you be interested in academics and research, this role will allow you to engage in these areas of practice at your own level of interest.
Cleveland Clinic’s Department of Orthopaedic Surgery offers expert diagnosis and state-of-the-art treatment for any injury or disease of the musculoskeletal system, from simple fractures to complex tumors. You will join a collegial group that covers one busy Level II Trauma Center and One Busy Level I Trauma Center.
We invite highly qualified BC/BE Orthopaedic or Plastic Surgery candidates who are committed to excellence in patient care and possess strong clinical skills. The successful candidate will have or will be eligible for the Certificate of Added Qualification in Hand Surgery. We welcome new grads and experienced physicians to apply. Ideal candidates will have focused interest on elbow, wrist and hand surgery.
