As the Member Services Coordinator for our LifeStyles Program, you will process cancellations, category changes, incidents, complaints and delinquent accounts for all members. You will also maintain records for billing/collections, cash controls, inventory, payroll and point of sale and complete similar tasks related to the accounting process. This position allows you to utilize your skills to support beneficial health and wellness initiatives, all while expanding your knowledge and creating meaningful caregiver relationships.
A caregiver in this position works days from 8:00AM – 7:00PM, with varying start/end times and additional Saturday shifts available.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
- Process all member cancellations and complete monthly cancellation reports.
- Process all membership category changes, including upgrades/downgrades.
- Serve as an information source to address member questions on center rules, regulations, policy and procedure, including concerns, complaints, injuries and incidents.
- Perform daily revenue processing and reconciliation, conduct opening/closing of cash drawer, reconcile receipts and resolve discrepancies.
- Compile financial/statistical data and format into departmental reports.
- Identify and contact members regarding expiring credit/debit card numbers or outdated/inaccurate checking and savings accounts information.
- Coordinate the collection process, follow through on delinquent accounts, coordinate payment plans if necessary and finally send to collections if other efforts are unsuccessful.
- Assist with the payroll process and collect/audit time sheets.
- Reconcile time and attendance information, resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate payroll processing and meet deadlines.
- Maintain electronic and manual filing systems for membership records and assist with tracking and maintaining inventory.
- Assume manager-on-duty responsibilities.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
- Associates Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a customer-service-related field
- Ability to perform data entry
- Proficiency with software applications (e.g., Word and Excel)
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
- Bachelors Degree
- Two years of business related office experience
- One year of sales experience

Pay Range
Minimum hourly: $16.47
Maximum hourly: $23.61
