As Coordinator I, you play a critical role in the organization and management of Admissions to the Center for Connected Care. In this role, you will assist with various tasks, such as collecting anecdotal data, providing incoming/outgoing phone support, preparing reports, suggesting team development initiatives, managing schedules and coordinating special activities. Ultimately, all your work directly improves access to alternate home care in the absence of Cleveland Clinic services, allowing you to positively influence the delivery and quality of support.
caregiver in this position works a hybrid schedule from 8:30AM – 5:00PM.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
- Coordinate department project activities.
- Develop department resource databases to facilitate management of various project activities.
- Coordinate department scheduling of individuals, resources and activities.
- Coordinate administrative activities for the department (e.g., coordinating resources, timing and activities).
- Manage department schedule for key activities.
- Ensure that administrative support is provided as needed.
- Participate on project teams and build competency around specific department tools and methods for organizational performance improvement.
- Maintain data, develop databases and complete analysis.
- Provide reports and prepare charts, presentations or summary data.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
- High School Diploma or GED and two years of administrative experience or Bachelor’s Degree
- In-depth knowledge of Excel
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
- Experience coordinating multiple functions, managing data and leading mid-size projects
- Experience in Home Care Intake
- Experience with EPIC Hyperspace and ECIN/Alscript/Careport Applications

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
- Ability to operate a computer and other office and laboratory equipment
- Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
- Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.

Pay Range
Minimum hourly: $15.75
Maximum hourly: $21.65
