Serving as Systems Administrator III, being a caregiver starts in the office, where you will focus on evaluating essential software, maintaining Disaster Recovery procedures and ensuring system safety and integrity. As part of our IT and Cybersecurity team, you will do more than explore and expand your discipline and skills — your work will impact patients across the globe. A caregiver in this position works days from 8:00AM – 4:30PM, with on-call requirements.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
- Ensure servers and workstations are maintained at the highest level of availability, reliability and performance.
- Provide consulting.
- Provide input for computing standards, policies and procedures.
- Independently evaluate potential hardware and software products.
- Configure, install and maintain departmental file and applications servers and workstations.
- Maintain system integrity through security and backups.
- Maintain Disaster Recovery procedures.
- Administer departmental network.
- Add and delete users, reset passwords and support applications.
- Administer departmental application licenses.
- Complete ITIL Foundations Certification within six months.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Four years of experience in information systems
- Experience in network administration, workstation/server troubleshooting, personal computer and UNIX architectures and interface components
- Experience installing and configuring file systems, network operating systems, shells scripting and automating management processes

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.
- Ability to travel throughout the hospital system.
- Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment.
- Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.
- In some locations, ability to move up to 50 lbs.

Pay Range
Minimum hourly: $30.41
Maximum hourly: $46.38
