As an Administrative Assistant, you will help with projects and daily tasks including identifying operational improvement opportunities to create an efficient workplace. You will be responsible for the physician’s schedule, onboarding of
any non-medical personnel, submitting info via QGenda, monitoring the nurse’s certification and collecting evaluations and inputting information into the system.
A caregiver in this position works days, 8:00am—5:00pm.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:

Update, monitor, and manage databases.

Develop scorecards and milestones to track progress.

Analyze project improvement and progress.
-
Report discrepancies and variances.
-
Coordinate project prioritization and assist with policy and initiative implementation.

Assist with scheduling, coordination, preparation, and communication of meetings.
-
Attend meetings and record key outcomes.

Support all office administrative functions.

Develop and maintain updates.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

Associate's degree
-
Two years of administrative experience
-
OR High School diploma/GED and four years of experience can substitute work experience
-
OR Bachelor’s degree can substitute work experience
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
-
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field

Healthcare experience or related organization

Pay Range
Minimum hourly: $16.47
Maximum hourly: $23.61
