As Coordinator III, you will manage all support and clerical activities for the department by interacting with internal clients and functioning as a liaison with external clinics. Using your critical-thinking skills and decisive judgment, you will utilize and adapt various software programs. In this role, you will join a small, agile, fast-paced and flexible team that will encourage you to explore professional development opportunities, new software packages and the many faces of healthcare building information systems. You will have the opportunity to work on events, activities, and become proficient in B+D applications in addition to Cleveland Clinic solutions, particulary procurment.
A caregiver in this position works days from 8:00AM – 4:30PM.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:

Coordinate various department activities by facilitating analysis and reporting information.

Develop, maintain and distribute reports for schedules, budgets, staff, PTO and patient information.

Prepare, provide analysis for and implement special studies and projects.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

High School Diploma or GED
-
Five years of office experience
-
Five years of experience coordinating and assisting with management functions and special projects

Proficiency with spreadsheets, word processing and database software

Pay Range
Minimum hourly: $17.25
Maximum hourly: $26.31
