Join Cleveland Clinic’s Caregiver Office Talent Acquisition team, playing a key role in shaping the future of healthcare and bringing greater access to care to our patients across the enterprise by influentially leading our Talent Acquisition Partners and driving recruitment strategies to positively impact business outcomes. 

    

The Talent Acquisition Manager – Talent Acquisition Partner manages our group of Talent Acquisition Partners, building our strategic outlook for Talent Acquisition in assigned areas. This leader manages the team’s presence at events, acts as a liaison for the department to hospital, enterprise and outside organizations. Additionally, this leader assists the Senior Director Talent Acquisition in the development and coordination of comprehensive recruitment strategies. 

  

This is the ideal role for an individual who is resilient, is a problem solver, holds the ability to operate independently within the framework of Talent Acquisition’s Operating Model and is a strong ambassador for the Caregiver Office. 

  

A caregiver in this role will work on-site, Monday-Friday, with some travel required. 

   

A caregiver who excels in this role, will:  

  • Manage Talent Acquisition staff, ensure consistent application of policies, equitable salary administration, compliance with all government regulations and JCAHO standards and adherence to Cleveland Clinic affirmative action program. 

  • Manage and act as a resource to recruiters and team members and provide leadership, guidance and mentoring to their team. Work in collaboration with Senior Director regarding budget review, marketing plan review, personnel management and monitoring productivity and staff development. 

  • Develop and maintain an intimate understanding of ongoing patient care needs to anticipate recruiting requirements resulting in a strategic plan and approach to recruitment along with various leadership individuals. Serves as representative of the department at divisional, hospital and enterprise-wide committees. 

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition across the enterprise by facilitating teamwork, problem-solving and project management. 

  • Identify, attend and coordinate participation at college, university and off-site job fairs. 

  • Represent Cleveland Clinic through speaking engagements at schools, organizations and job fairs. 

  • Identify new opportunities for collaboration within Institutes and across the enterprise. 

  • Develop, implement and monitor systems necessary to integrate and align recruitment practices within the enterprise. 

  • Promote ongoing professional development of self and other team members. 

   

Minimum qualifications for the ideal caregiver include:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field 

  • Effective oral and written communication skills, analytical and project management skills 

  • Five years of previous Human Resources or management experience in a department with high volume hiring 

  • Two years of recruitment experience 

   

Preferred qualifications for the ideal caregiver include:  

  • Proficient in various computer software programs, including Microsoft Office and HRIS systems 

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods. 
  • Ability to travel throughout the hospital system. For some roles, ability to travel to other locations, including international travel.
  • Ability to operate a computer, audio visual and other office equipment.           
  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information, including the ability to deliver any applicable training in person and virtually.
  • In some locations, ability to move up to 25 lbs.

Personal Protective Equipment:

  • Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.

Pay Range

Minimum hourly: $40.48

Maximum hourly: $61.74

The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. While the pay range is displayed as an hourly rate, Cleveland Clinic recruiters will clarify whether the compensation is hourly or salary. A successful candidate’s actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate’s work history, experience, skill set, and education. This is not inclusive of the value of Cleveland Clinic’s benefits package, which includes among other benefits, healthcare/dental/vision and retirement.
