As Program Manager III, you will support and ensure the efficient functioning of clinical practices across the region. You will lead process improvement initiatives, grow the Chronic Lung Program, capture and direct patient populations to provider templates, manage provider onboarding and assist is various other related tasks. Serving as a leader, you will oversee Administrative Program Coordinators, Office Assistants and other supporting roles to instill motivation and achieve goals. In this position, you may be asked to float between various locations in Florida as needed.
A caregiver in this position works varying shifts from 8:00AM – 5:00PM.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
- Manage the implementation and maintenance of designated programs.
- Plan, develop and maintain systems and procedures.
- Act as liaison between the department and outside communities.
- Serve a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
- Assist with the budgetary process.
- Manage, develop, implement and maintain operational systems and activities.
- Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.
- Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management or a related field and five years of related experience OR Master’s Degree and four years of experience
- Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research and business plan development
- Demonstrated team, leadership, organizational, financial management and problem-solving abilities
- Strong presentation, communication and training skills
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
- Master’s Degree
- Experience in physician practice or within a large, matrixed healthcare organization

Pay Range
Minimum hourly: $33.46
Maximum hourly: $51.03
