Technologist Mammography

As a Mammography Technologist, you will perform all duties directly involved with a variety of technical procedures applying ionizing radiation for the purpose of detecting pathology. You will regulate the equipment used to expose the x-ray film, develop, and organize films.
A caregiver in this position works three days per week between Monday – Friday from 8am – 4:30pm this is a part time position.
A Caregiver who excels in this role will:
• Establish and maintain a good rapport and professional relationship with fellow employees, other departments, and medical staff.
• Perform duties directly involved with a variety of technical procedures applying ionizing radiation for the purpose of detecting pathology.
• Demonstrate knowledge of clinical procedures, equipment, and policies – Hospital and Department – that are necessary for job performance.
• Collaborate with department leadership to develop and implement methods to achieve established goals and objectives.

Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.

Registered Technologist credentialed by The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists R.T.(M) (ARRT) and in good standing.
- Current license in the State of Ohio
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
