Through the talents of more than 2,500 dedicated caregivers, our Revenue Cycle Management supports the Cleveland Clinic mission by securing timely, appropriate payment for services rendered, in an efficient patient- friendly manner.
RCM’s comprehensive services include but are not limited to: billing and follow-up, customer service, financial clearance and collections, cash application, contract compliance, system support and training, financial reporting and budgetary control.
Financial Operations provides financial insight, leadership, and strategies that enable Cleveland Clinic to achieve its goals.
Striving to deliver an integrated, innovative finance support model in an evolving healthcare environment, Financial Operations is responsible for many functions across the Cleveland Clinic enterprise.
Enterprise Analytics exists to ensure all caregivers have appropriate access to trusted data and the capability to execute valuable analytic insights. The purpose of EA can be broken down into four segments:
- Data – enhancing the value of Cleveland Clinic data assets and provisioning enterprise data as a service
- People – developing an analytically-capable organization through upskilling our workforce and building talent pipelines
- Process – Securing, stewarding, and enabling through enterprise governance with distributed capability
- Technology – Creating a reliable, scalable, cost-effective platform to provide analytics as a service
