As an Administrative Program Coordinator, your work directly assists in the coordination and development of innovative policies and improvement initiatives. Serving as a liaison across various departments, you will identify opportunities to facilitate an efficient workplace where fellow caregivers can support patients and deliver world-class treatments. A caregiver in this position works a flexible schedule, Monday –Friday 8:00am—5:00pm, with no weekend or holiday requirements.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:

With guidance from Director, lead or coordinate multiple projects and policy initiatives.

Update, monitor and manage databases.

Develop scorecards and milestones to track progress.

Analyze project improvement and progress.

Report discrepancies and variances.

Coordinate project prioritization and assist with policy and initiative implementation.

Assist with scheduling, coordination, preparation, and communication of meetings.

Attend meetings and record key outcomes.

Support all office administrative functions.

Develop and maintain updates.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

Associate's degree.
-
Two years administrative experience
-
OR High School diploma/GED and four years of experience can substitute work experience.

OR Bachelor's degree can substitute work experience.
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field.

Healthcare experience or related organization
-
Strong administrative experience

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Adaptability and resilience in unstructured environment

Physical Requirements:

High degree dexterity to operate office equipment and personal computer.

Pay Range
Minimum hourly: $18.88
Maximum hourly: $28.80
