As a senior member of the Cybersecurity Architecture team, you will be responsible for leading end to end security domain architectures, developing and continuously updating future state architecture views for the entire enterprise to incorporate state of the art as well as emerging security solutions, new threats, innovative processes and frameworks. This role provides a significant input into the security risk strategy and framework development and engages with senior business leaders across the enterprise to shape and achieve the security vision.
A caregiver in this position works 8:00am—5:00pm.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:

Overall responsible for end-to-end security capability development initiatives from business case development, through architecture, design, deployment and through operational ownership.

Drive the future state architecture for security domains, and partner with strategy to ensure alignment of investments

Develop and maintain complex security architecture artifacts, including reference models and strategy mapping for security capabilities.

Conduct or facilitate threat modeling of services and applications that tie to the risk and data associated with the service or application.

Perform requirements analysis and the development of use cases, architectural views (e.g. conceptual, logical, and physical), reference models and architectures, architectural principles, and architectural patterns.

Publish white papers and presentations at leading security forums.
-
Provide technical briefings to executive leadership.
-
Research available state-of-the-art technologies and solutions.
-

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or related field
-
10 years of experience in the cybersecurity field with expert knowledge of applications, cloud and mobile security, platforms and infrastructure with at least 6 years of experience dedicated to cybersecurity architecture within the healthcare industry.

OR High School Diploma / GED or equivalent and 11 years of experience in the cybersecurity field with at least 6 years of experience dedicated to cybersecurity architecture within the healthcare industry.

ITIL Foundations certification is required within 6 months of position start date
-
Experience developing target state architectures and strategic roadmaps to improve Cybersecurity program maturity and coverage

Proven thought leadership in emerging cybersecurity technologies and frameworks
-
Knowledge of cybersecurity regulations and frameworks, including HIPAA, HITRUST, SABSA, TOGAF, NIST CSF, GDPR and PCI
-
Executive-level written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical requirements to non-technical audiences
-
Must be able to make decisions and deliver outcomes based on limited information
-
Must be self-directed and proactive in addressing cybersecurity gaps
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium (ISC2)

Information Systems Security Architecture Professional (ISSAP) certification from International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium (ISC2)

Pay Range
Minimum hourly: $69.21
Maximum hourly: $110.73
