Responsibilities:
- Collects, maintains and reports information for the department such as; patient information, budgets, employee PTO and schedules.
- Assists with the coordination of various department activities by distributing reports, facilitating the analysis and reporting of information.
- Functions as department liaison by coordinating various activities and providing customer support to internal and external customers.
- Assists with performance evaluations, counseling and on-boarding of new employees.
- Performs duties related to the preparation, implementation and analysis of special studies and projects.
- Maintains office supplies and equipment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education:
- High School or GED required.
Certifications:
- None required.
Complexity of Work:
- Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of three years experience coordinating and assisting with management functions and special projects; proficient with spreadsheets, word processing and database software.
Physical Requirements:
- Requires extensive sitting and manual dexterity to perform work on a PC.
- Typical physical demands include the ability to sit, stand or walk to other locations as needed.
- Visual acuity to perform computer functions.
Personal Protective Equipment:
- Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
Pay Range
Minimum hourly: $16.47
Maximum hourly: $23.61
