As an Education Manager, you will help us fulfill this mission by overseeing the clinical, administrative and academic requirements of assigned clinical programs. In this role, you will focus on ensuring all processes both meet and exceed quality standards, going far and beyond to enhance strategies, drive motivation and improve participation. All your efforts are pivotal in pushing the needle forward in healthcare.
A caregiver in this position works days from 8:00AM – 4:30PM.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
- Manage the clinical, administrative and academic requirements of clinical educational programs.
- Ensure consistency with the standards and guidelines set forth by Professional Boards in regard to structure, academic standards, record keeping and the evaluation process.
- Collaborate with affiliated educational institutions and CC clinical directors to develop strategies to address long-term staff needs.
- Function as a key liaison to strategic educational partners.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Five years of experience in education or a related environment, such as coaching, mentoring, precepting, serving in a unit-based champion role or leading educational initiatives at a unit/institute/hospital level
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
- Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN)
- Experience in the specialty area

Pay Range
Minimum hourly: $44.53
Maximum hourly: $67.92
