The Department Analyst II will function as a primary resource for operating units regarding the collection of data, analysis and evaluation of operational resources, services, programs, systems, budgets, and procedures. You will collaborate with the Office of Sponsored Research and Programs (OSRP), Research Coordinators, Principal Investigators, Sponsored Research Accounting (SPA), Atrial Fibrillation Innovation Center (AFIC), and other professionals at The Cleveland Clinic and partnering organizations.
A caregiver in this position works days, 8:00am—5:00pm.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:

Analyze and evaluate operational and financial functions of administrative and operational units.

Analyze departmental resources, services, systems, budgets, and programs.

Prepare reports based on analysis.

Conduct comprehensive statistical analysis and evaluation of unit services and performance.

Identify program or service strengths, weaknesses, and financial impact and identifies opportunities for service and program improvement.
-
Develop special reports and recommendations.
-
Provide input in the development of operational plans, procedures, and systems.
-
Review and evaluate current procedures and systems and develop recommendations for improvements.
-
Maintain awareness of and complies with various regulatory guidelines (JCAHO, FDA, HIPAA, OSHA, etc.).
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Care Administration or related field

One years of statistical analysis experience
-
OR High School diploma/GED and five years of experience may substitute the work experience and education requirements

OR Associate’s degree and three years of experience may substitute the work experience and education requirements

OR Master’s degree may substitute the work experience requirement

Pay Range
Minimum hourly: $22.85
Maximum hourly: $34.85
