Responsibilities:
- Supports international leadership to manage day to day responsibilities including, but not limited to residency permit and visa tracking, arrange transport locally/internationally, as well as other day to day projects of varying sizes with competing deadlines.
- Serves as a coach and mentor for other positions in the international project.
- Leads the organization and management of designated smaller operational and business activities of the international project.
- Assists with the interpretation and communication of policies/procedures and any relevant changes between the organization in Cleveland and our international partner.
- Generates reports surrounding tracking quality, compliance, and the Key Performance Indicators of the international project.
- Provides back-up administration to the Institute in the absence of the Administrator.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field required.
- Master's degree preferred.
Languages:
- English required.
Certifications:
- None required.

- Requires demonstrated team, leadership, organizational, financial management and problem solving skills.
- Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Work Experience:
- A minimum of five years of related experience; health care setting preferred.
- Master's Degree may substitute for one year of experience.
- Demonstrated team, leadership, organizational and problem solving abilities.
Personal Protective Equipment:
- Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.
Pay Range
Minimum hourly: $44.53
Maximum hourly: $67.92
