The Department of Hospital Medicine (DHM) within the Integrated Hospital-Care Institute is one of the largest, most dynamic, and diverse departments at the Cleveland Clinic. We are currently recruiting Board Certified/ Board Eligible physicians to provide inpatient clinical services both in tertiary and local community hospital settings, serve as teaching attendings for resident teams, and have a robust perioperative/consultative presence. Additionally, department hospitalists actively teach and precept medical students in the Lerner College of Medicine in a variety of faculty roles and are engaged in scholarship surrounding various aspects of clinical care delivery, education, quality of care, and patient experience.
The department is expanding to take advantage of several exciting opportunities in the Cleveland region with the goal of developing a flexible model of care delivery where qualified and energetic individuals will be able to practice medicine in either community or tertiary care environments. Qualified candidates will have a strong interest in hospital medicine and will be seeking professional growth through academics and/ or clinical leadership opportunities in a large integrated provider setting. Flexible nocturnist positions and day/night hybrid positions are available.
