A caregiver in this position works 7:00am to 3:00pm.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
- Develop, implement, and manage processes and systems for improving operational efficiency and controlling supplies and inventory.
- Provide critical input into the Supply Chain/Materials Management strategic plan and implements key departmental initiatives.
- Proactively prioritize needs and effectively manage organizational resources.
- Manage project budget and resource allocation.
- Partner with other Supply Chain departments and other internal customers to identify and implement cost reduction projects.
- Enable leaders to move decision making through the organization to develop caregivers and accomplish department's priorities.
- Focus and guide leaders and employees in accomplishing objectives; holding elevated expectations for self and others.
- Provide leadership, education and support to physicians and staff to develop their understanding of current supply chain management practices/products which support operational and financial goals.
- Establish systems and processes to attract, develop, engage, and retain talented leaders.
- Create a work environment where people can realize their full potential to meet current and future clinical and business challenges.
- Determine resource allocation and staffing levels in conjunction with respective leaders.
- Provide direction on staff and capacity planning to meet current and future department needs.
- Maintain knowledge of applicable statutory, regulatory, and administrative requirements relative to departmental operations and ensures departmental compliance and organizational success.
- Maintain the proper and appropriate professional and ethical relationship with vendor representatives, conducts business according to established policies and procedures.
- Exhibit the organization's mission and values and strives to achieve and sustain Cleveland Clinic Experience.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Ten years of experience in supply chain, materials management, or related field.
- Three years of demonstrated responsible experience in a management position.
- Can work with employees, interdepartmental teams, and organizational leadership across the enterprise to effectively complete goals.
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
- Master of Business Administration.
- Healthcare setting experience.
- Healthcare material management experience highly preferred
Personal Protective Equipment:
- Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.
Pay Range
Minimum Annual Salary: $112,110.00
Maximum Annual Salary: $170,955.00

Step 3: Interview
If qualified for the position, you will receive a text or email with the next steps. Potential next steps could include scheduling either a live, in-person interview or completing an on-demand, recorded interview. During the interview process, your recruiter will share information about when you can expect to receive any relevant feedback or information regarding potential next steps.
Step 4: Hire
If you are hired and accept an offer for the position you applied to, you will receive a formal offer letter to initiate the new hire onboarding process.
