As an Executive Health Consultant, you will provide executive health coaching services to a diverse, international executive population, including Fortune 500 C-level executives.
A caregiver in this role works days from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
- Evaluate and diagnose DSM-IV disorders and provide referral sources.
- Provide individual or on-going supportive therapy, counseling, or coaching services.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
- Master's degree
- Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) if Master's Degree is in field other than psychology
- Two years of experience in the field of psychology or human behavior, including individual and group psychotherapy with diagnostic formulation
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
- Certification in Professional Coaching, or significant progress towards certification (This Professional Coaching certification should follow the standards set by the International Coaching Federation, which has a credentialing system to meet global standards of practice)
- Previous experience with senior executive performance management and/or executive coaching
- Healthcare background
- Experience with EPIC modules
- Independent licensure in clinical research or counseling experience
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Physical Requirements:
- Requires standing and frequent walking to various locations throughout the Foundation.
- Must have normal or corrected hearing and vision.
- Ability to communicate verbally by phone or in person.
- Requires the ability to work under stressful conditions.
Personal Protective Equipment:
- Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
Pay Range
Minimum Annual Salary: $57,510.00
Maximum Annual Salary: $87,697.50
The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. A successful candidate’s actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate’s work history, experience, skill set and education. The pay range displayed does not include any applicable pay practices (e.g., shift differentials, overtime, etc.). The pay range does not include the value of Cleveland Clinic’s benefits package (e.g., healthcare, dental and vision benefits, retirement savings account contributions, etc.).

Both plans are administered by Aetna and feature minimal copays for in-network care.
