Cleveland Clinic Florida’s Neurosciences Institute is seeking a dynamic and experienced physician leader to serve as Director of the Neurology Residency Program at our Weston, Florida campus. This leadership role offers the opportunity to guide an ACGME-accredited Neurology Residency Program within a world-class academic health system.
Position Highlights
- Leadership role within a nationally recognized academic medical center
- Oversight of an established, ACGME-accredited Neurology Residency Program
- Institutional support for educational and administrative effort
- Ongoing clinical practice in Neurology
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership, direction, and oversight of the Neurology Residency Program
- Ensure continuous compliance with ACGME accreditation standards
- Lead curriculum development, resident education, evaluation, and faculty engagement
- Collaborate closely with GME leadership, department chairs, and institutional stakeholders
- Foster a culture of excellence in education, clinical care, professionalism, and scholarship
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified in Neurology (ABPN or equivalent)
- Demonstrated clinical, educational, and administrative experience beyond residency training
- Prior experience in graduate medical education strongly preferred
- Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills

- Health Plan Options – You have the choice between two comprehensive Cleveland Clinic Employee Health Plan options: EHP and EHP Plus. Both plans are administered by Aetna and feature minimal copays for in-network care. Although the benefit designs of EHP and EHP Plus are identical, they differ in their provider network size, with EHP offering a narrow network and EHP Plus providing access to the wide Aetna Open Access Select network. Both plans include access to Cleveland Clinic providers. The health plan also offers Healthy Choice, a voluntary program where participants earn premium discounts for achieving wellness goals.
- Dental Care – Four plan options administered by Cigna are available.
- Vision Care – Two plan options administered by EyeMed are available.
