As a Systems Analyst I, your caregiving begins in the office by supporting efficient workflows, system functionality, and technical operations. In this role, you will provide workstation, software, peripheral, network, and workflow support; contribute to solution development; and assist with project tasks and documentation. The work remains heavily finance-focused, centered on financial data, financial reporting, and Epic-based report development, including the development and maintenance of Epic-based reporting solutions. You will work with large volumes of financial data and support financial reporting functions across the team. You will also support operational objectives, technology planning, and collaborative communication, while providing first-level diagnostic Help Desk support and after-hours on-call coverage.
A caregiver in this role works remotely from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Caregivers in this role must reside within the Cleveland, Ohio area and are required to come on-site quarterly at various locations, including West Creek and Main Campus.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:

Perform workstation, software, peripheral, network and workflow support.

Provide input to develop solutions.

Assist with project assignments and documentation, operational and business objectives, best technology capabilities, task level resource requirements, task plans, and collaborative communications.

Provide first level diagnostic Help Desk and after-hours support, including on-call responsibilities.

Provide application, technical and preventative maintenance support for multiple end-user systems.
-
Contribute to departmental projects and solutions implementation.

Demonstrate, through output, a solid understanding of networking and distributed computing environment concepts and principles of client/server configuration.

Support development of information system requirements including process and documentation creation and maintenance.

Maintain user confidence.

Protect operations by keeping information confidential.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
-
Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field and one year of implementation, support and management of computer-based information systems experience, preferably in a health care environment, or equivalent experience in end user training or in an operational or financial role utilizing the systems or data generated by the systems supported by this position required

OR High School Diploma/GED and three years of experience
-
OR High School diploma/GED, successful completion of ITD apprenticeship program and two years of experience
-
OR Bachelor’s degree
-
ITIL Foundations Certification upon or within six months of hire

EPIC experience
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

Microsoft, CompTIA or equivalent certifications

Experience in a healthcare environment

Epic Reporting experience

Exposure to Epic Builds

Comfortable working with financial datasets and financial concepts

Financial literacy/financial data experience

Technical degree background

Physical Requirements:

Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.

Pay Range
Minimum Annual Salary: $52,270.00
Maximum Annual Salary: $79,727.50
The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. A successful candidate’s actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate’s work history, experience, skill set and education.
