The Cleveland Clinic Children’s, part of Cleveland Clinic, is seeking a Pediatric Pulmonologist to join our Center for Pediatric Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine.
The Center for Pediatric Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine provides a variety of clinical services supporting secondary to quaternary level patients in the ambulatory and hospitalized settings. Additionally, active quality improvement, research, and teaching programs are conducted within the Center.
Our group’s specialty clinical programs include severe asthma, BPD, pulmonary hypertension, bronchoscopy, aerodigestive, home ventilator, sleep medicine, and the region’s premier accredited Pediatric Cystic Fibrosis Center, as well as the region’s only fully capable fetal care and surgery program. We have active collaborative partnerships with our PICU, NICU, Pediatric Cardiology and Cardiothoracic Surgery teams, and the #6 USNWR nationally ranked adult Pulmonary Medicine program. Additionally, our team supports complex patients at our Cleveland Clinic Children’s Hospital for Rehabilitation, one of only 13 free-standing pediatric rehabilitation hospitals nationwide, located 2 miles from the Cleveland Clinic’s Main Campus.
Our faculty actively engage in teaching medical students from our Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine of Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine (CWRUSOM), a 5-year program focused on developing physician-scientists, as well as the traditional CWRUSOM, students from other regional medical schools, our program’s categorical Pediatric Residents, and subspecialty fellows across pediatric disciplines.
The successful applicant should be board certified/eligible in Pediatric Pulmonology Medicine, with additional Board Eligibility/Certification in Sleep Medicine welcome. Experience with bronchoscopy is required as is a passion for caring for children with complex medical needs and the desire to help advance our field of Pediatric Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine.

Our Children’s Hospital beds also include 4 level III/IV NICUs, and 4 newborn nurseries, and our fetal team supports our 2-bed special delivery unit for immediate complex interventional support of mother-fetal dyads. Our staff includes more than 400 physicians and 180 pediatric advance practice providers providing over 1 million outpatient visits, 23,000 admissions, and accepting ~ 2,000 regional, national, and international transfers/year.
