Union Hospital is seeking board certified/eligible Family Medicine Physicians for outpatient positions in our community-based practice sites located throughout central Ohio.
The department provides outstanding preventative, acute and chronic disease care for families in settings that are conveniently located and patient-focused. The salary range displayed in this job posting reflects the anticipated salary range for new physicians hired into full-time (100% FTE) positions. This range is generally aligned with or below the 50th percentile of nationally recognized compensation benchmarks by specialty. A successful candidate’s actual compensation will be determined in accordance with fair market value, considering factors such as professional experience, clinical expertise, board certification, work history, and FTE. This stated range excludes the value of Cleveland Clinic’s comprehensive benefits package, which includes healthcare, dental, vision, retirement, and other offerings.

Step 4: Hire
