Cleveland Clinic Florida’s Cancer Institute is seeking Board Certified/Board Eligible Medical Hematologists/Oncologists to help launch its new practice at 15 CityPlace in downtown West Palm Beach, anticipated to open in late 2027.
This is a distinctive opportunity for collaborative, patient-centered physicians to build a new outpatient oncology practice, develop multidisciplinary programs and help shape Cleveland Clinic’s growing presence in Palm Beach County. Physicians will practice within an integrated network with access to the expertise and resources of Cleveland Clinic Florida and the broader Cleveland Clinic enterprise.
As an early member of the oncology team at 15 CityPlace, you will have the opportunity to help shape the growth and development of cancer care in this new location while practicing within Cleveland Clinic’s nationally recognized Cancer Institute.

Cleveland Clinic is expanding its presence in Palm Beach County with a new, state-of-the-art outpatient facility at 15 CityPlace in downtown West Palm Beach. Planned to open in late 2027, this approximately 120,000-square-foot center will significantly expand access to Cleveland Clinic’s nationally recognized care in one of South Florida’s most vibrant and rapidly growing communities.
15 CityPlace will bring a broad range of specialty and subspecialty services together in a modern, patient-centered environment, with capabilities that include advanced imaging, endoscopy, infusion services and outpatient procedures. Step 1: Apply

Step 2: Screening
A Cleveland Clinic caregiver will carefully review your application and notify you of the next steps in the process. This notification may be through email, text message or a phone call. In addition, you can expect to complete some prescreening questions with a recruiter or you may be asked to answer additional questions via a pre-recorded video interview.
Step 3: Interview
If qualified for the position, you will receive a text or email with the next steps. Potential next steps could include scheduling either a live, in-person interview or completing an on-demand, recorded interview. During the interview process, your recruiter will share information about when you can expect to receive any relevant feedback or information regarding potential next steps.
Step 4: Hire
If you are hired and accept an offer for the position you applied to, you will receive a formal offer letter to initiate the new hire onboarding process.
After you accept your formal offer letter, you can expect your recruiter to review the following information with you:
- Confirmation of HR and Occupational Health appointments, including the date, time, location and required pre-work for the appointments.
- A background check will be initiated by our third-party vendor, Certiphi.
