Martin North Hospital is part of the world-renowned Cleveland Clinic, a nonprofit, multispecialty, academic medical center that integrates clinical and hospital care with research and education.
As Program Manager III, you will oversee designated programs and systems while serving as a key liaison between the department, internal offices, and external communities. This dual-focus role splits responsibilities evenly between Marketing and Community Health, supporting both the Marketing Events and Sponsorships team as well as the Community Health team. You will lead and execute community activations, managing all aspects of event planning, including budgeting, vendor coordination, volunteer organization, and developing creative, engaging concepts. Working in a highly collaborative environment, you will partner across functions to deliver impactful initiatives, and a strong understanding of Community Health Needs Assessments is essential, as this knowledge directly guides how we engage with and serve the community.
A caregiver in this role works days/evenings/nights/weekends from 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., but may often work outside of traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Travel is required within Martin and St. Lucie County, with assignments at Martin North, Martin South, FHC, and Tradition locations.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:

Develop, implement, manage, and maintain operational systems and activities.

Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside the community.

Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines, overseeing project timelines, logistics, and budgets for community initiatives.

Allocate time to meet completion requirements.

Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.

Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.
-
Design, implement, and evaluate a portfolio of community programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Cultivate and maintain relationships with key partner agencies, corporate sponsors, and community stakeholders.
-
Recruit, train, and support volunteers and team leaders for projects.
-
Track performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports on impact, outcomes, and program efficacy.
-
Act as a liaison, representing the organization in community meetings and creating, and communicating progress reports.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field and five years of related experience

OR Master’s Degree and four years of experience
-
Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research and business plan development

Strong presentation, communication and training skills

Pay Range
Minimum Annual Salary: $69,600.00
Maximum Annual Salary: $106,132.50

A successful candidate’s actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate’s work history, experience, skill set and education.
