The Pathology Department at Cleveland Clinic Florida in Weston, Florida has a full-time position opening for an AP/CP boarded Surgical Pathologist with sub-specialty in Gynecologic Pathology, additional expertise in Breast Pathology, Genitourinary Pathology, or Head and Neck Pathology is desired.
This individual would join 8 other sub-specialist pathologists in Weston. Primary responsibilities will include sub-specialty sign out, but potential opportunities for administrative/ leadership roles are available, depending on the applicant’s experience and interest. The applicant should possess an MD, DO, or MBBS with board certification (or board eligibility) from the American Board of Pathology in Anatomic/Clinical Pathology, and meet all state licensure and other requirements necessary for the practice of medicine in Florida. Subspeciality training in GYN, GU or Head and Neck pathology is preferred. The successful candidate will join a dynamic and collegial team coordinating clinical care, research, education, and strategic growth of Cleveland Clinic Florida’s pathology and hospital specialties center.
Ideal candidates would have at least 3 years of post-fellowship experience, but current fellows are welcome to apply. Candidates with skills in general surgical pathology is desired.
