Step 3: Interview
If qualified for the position, you will receive a text or email with the next steps. Potential next steps could include scheduling either a live, in-person interview or completing an on-demand, recorded interview. Step 4: Hire
If you are hired and accept an offer for the position you applied to, you will receive a formal offer letter to initiate the new hire onboarding process.
