to our billing department staff who help our patients get the care they need, our customer service caregivers are essential to our mission. Our Customer Service Department is chiefly responsible for identifying best practices, setting new standards and supporting continuous system-wide improvement.
The department also serves as the central point of contact for all patient billing operations. Our team is responsible for:
- Sending out approximately 400,000 billing statements each month
- Answering billing-related questions for patients in person and on the phone
- Resolving billing-related issues, from the routine to the complex
