Our Customer Service Department is chiefly responsible for identifying best practices, setting new standards and supporting continuous system-wide improvement.

The department also serves as the central point of contact for all patient billing operations. Our team is responsible for:

  • Sending out approximately 400,000 billing statements each month
  • Answering billing-related questions for patients in person and on the phone
  • Resolving billing-related issues, from the routine to the complex
