Job SummaryThe Senior Financial Counselor is responsible for identifying and coordinating financial assistance plans, making appropriate recommendations, and helping patients to resolve and find optimal solutions to their financial obligations to Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi (CCAD). Responsible for arranging payment plans and understanding the health insurance regulations outlined by UAE’s government. Must be able to give the most ideal advice while maximizing revenue for CCAD and reducing the risk of write-offs. Will be required to perform financial analyses and reporting for Patient Access Services (PAS).
