I love encouraging my patients and seeing them do things they didn't think they would be able to do."
Maria, Caregiver Profile
No two days are ever the same, but the environment has always been incredibly uplifting and positive!
When asked if I have any special patient stories, I always say the same thing: “too many to count!” I may be a manager now, but I always think of myself first and foremost as a physical therapist. I am blessed to help people heal and recover on a daily basis while overseeing their care. My colleagues, both departmental and system-wide, are what tie me to Cleveland Clinic, and I’m grateful for a leadership team that has always encouraged me to do my very best. I also appreciate the culture of flexibility and wellness, something that I am passing on to my own staff. And the continuing education opportunities are second to none. They just keep growing and evolving.
